Executive Assistant Needed for Precious Metals Company
Goldline International, Inc., a prestigious precious metals investment company, has an opportunity for an Executive
Assistant.
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
- Under minimal direction, ability to coordinate and execute administrative tasks.
- Work well in a fast-paced, evolving, business environment.
- Superb time-management and multitask skills, with attention to detail.
- Successful interaction and communication with top-level executives.
- Maintenance of routine tasks not requiring supervision.
- Compose and prepare correspondence including memos, letters, and reports.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and special projects related to the running of an Investment/Financial
company.
- Prepare and review materials of a highly sensitive nature requiring the highest level of independent judgment and
discretion at all times.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to having direct experience and demonstrable success in the above areas, you should also possess:
- A 4-yr College Degree (highly preferred).
- Punctuality and above average work ethic with commitment to getting the job done.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expert professional writing skills.
