THE JOB:

Goldline International, Inc. is searching for creative and talented people to join our team to work for a fast paced and dynamic organization. We have an opening for a self starter, hands on, IT Director to lead our Information and Office Technology Departments and to be an integral part of our management team working to expand and grow our business. You will report to our Chief Financial Officer.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Technical skills to professionally manage the daily operations of a 100+ person company’s IT infrastructure and help desk.
• In charge of all IT operations: networking, programming, database management, support, upgrades, software, hardware, and internet technologies.
• Knowledgeable of operating policies that help mitigate risk.
• Responsible for all office technologies, requiring prior experience with state of the art telecommunications systems and their vendors.
• Proven experience leading a team that plans to undergo a full systems conversion, implementing an integrated accounting, trading / back office and contact manager / marketing system.
• Must be creative in analyzing the needs of our departments to assess system requirements, techniques, and controls in order to develop new technology-enabled business solutions in our high growth, high change environment.
• Superior people skills with material experience hiring / managing employees and contractors, when needed.
• Excellent time management skills/ability to prioritize and deliver planned results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Pro-active Communicator. Maintain regular correspondence with the managers presenting pertinent MIS solutions in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
