GOLDLINE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS


Brian Crumbaker

Chief Executive Officer

Brian Crumbaker is Goldline’s Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Crumbaker joined Goldline in 2010 after 20 years in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. He previously held senior executive positions at Travelers, Unitrin Direct and Reliance Personal Insurance. Most recently he was the senior executive responsible for the affinity and direct-to-consumer businesses at Travelers Insurance.

Mr. Crumbaker has an MBA from the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont. He is a member of the Ohio Bar.

Robert J. Fazio

President

Robert Fazio has traded precious metals professionally since 1986. He worked with Deak International Goldline Limited/Deak International Goldline (US) Ltd. from 1986-1991 prior to A-Mark's purchase of Deak International Goldline, (US) Ltd. He became Vice President at Goldline International, LLC in 1992.

Mr. Fazio graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York in 1986 with a major in Communication Arts. He is a member of the American Numismatic Association (ANA).

Joseph P. Ozaki

Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer

Joe Ozaki leads and oversees all of Goldline’s operations, administration, accounting, finance, banking, trading and risk control efforts.

In April 1985, Mr. Ozaki joined the A-Mark group, which later purchased Goldline in 1991. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate, financial and metals sectors holding various management positions including Director of Operations, Controller and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Ozaki has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the California State University at Long Beach. He previously attended the University of California at Los Angeles majoring in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Computer Science. He passed the CPA exam in California in 1980.

Charles Lee

Chief Information Officer

Charles Lee is responsible for the company’s information technology and computer systems. Mr. Lee joined the company in 2011 after serving as Chief Information Officer for Taco Bell Corporation, where he led a technology transformation for over 6,000 restaurants. Mr. Lee previously served as the IT leader for Yum! Brands’ Greater China division and Chief IT architect for its global system chain as well as CIO for American Career College and West Coast University. Mr. Lee received his Bachelors of Science in Math/Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Stewart Lawrence

Vice President of Human Resources

Mr. Lawrence possesses thirty years of broad and progressive Human Resources leadership encompassing the areas of employee relations, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, compensation and benefits administration, talent acquisition, employee engagement and labor relations.

Prior to joining Goldline in December 2011, Mr. Lawrence was VP of Client Services for Form I-9 Compliance, LLC, a Human Resources Professional Services Firm providing clients with customized managed solutions for best practices Form I-9 administration.

Mr. Lawrence also served as Director, Human Resources for Fleetwood RV’s where he provided Human Resources leadership and direction for a $1.7 billion business with 6,000 associates at twenty-two operating facilities across North America. Mr. Lawrence has also served in a variety of HR leadership positions with industry leading corporations such as Shell Oil Company, Northern Telecom, Frito-Lay and Mattel.

He holds a BS degree in Industrial Relations from Rider University and an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama.

Blair Harris

Chief Compliance Officer

Blair Harris leads and oversees Goldline’s Compliance, Client Relations and Client Services departments.

Mr. Harris joined Goldline after 19 years in the Property & Casualty insurance industry where he directed a broad range of compliance, professional development, technology and claim processing programs.

Mr. Harris earned his MBA from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo School of Management where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York, College at Brockport where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Luis Beeli

Vice President Sales

Luis Beeli serves as Goldline International, LLC's Vice President Sales. Before joining Goldline, Mr. Beeli had extensive sales experience working with such companies as MicroStrategy and Alta Vista.

Mr. Beeli graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. While attending Cal State, Northridge, he was a member of the Tau Beta Pi Honor Society, Honors CO-OP and a three-time recipient of the HMSC High Performance Team Award.

Keyth Pengal

Vice President Operations

Keyth Pengal joined Goldline in 2005 as Director of Operations after serving as the Operations Manager for TimeWarner's Warner-Elecktra-Atlantic Division where he directed operations for a 200+ employee facility.

Mr. Pengal obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago. He attended Roosevelt University on an Academic Scholarship and graduated summa cum laude.

Stuart Hong

Vice President Controller

Stuart Hong joined Goldline in 2006 after serving in senior financial management positions with several companies in the merchandising industry. In addition, from 1995-1999, Mr. Hong was a partner in a high-profile personal training facility in Los Angeles. From 1979-1989, he worked as a Senior Audit Manager for KPMG.

Mr. Hong graduated with high honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Management. He is a licensed CPA in the states of California and Hawaii.

Lisa Weedman

Director of Client Relations

Lisa Weedman joined Goldline International, LLC in 1996. Ms. Weedman served as Client Services Manager and Director of Administration before being promoted to Director of Client Relations in 2006. Her duties include client relations and telemarketing compliance.

Ms. Weedman received her Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University where she majored in Economics. She has also had extensive coursework and experience in the areas of human resources, sales and employee benefits.
