MANAGER - PAYROLL/ACCOUNTING/ FINANCE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
2. Highly resilient to time pressure and priority changes in a demanding environment
3. Proven communicator that is adaptable with varied levels of responsibility in an accounting environment
4. Critical responsibility to oversee the payroll processing of 200+commissionable Account Executives
5. Prior experience with commission based pay, contests, incentives and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) preferred
6. Advanced literacy using Excel and Microsoft Office Suite necessary – Access is a plus
7. Demonstrated ability to cultivate, foster, and sustain relationships in a high performance focused culture
8. Accomplished, goal-oriented leadership style that possesses considerable organizational skills, attention to detail, instills ownership, and drives performance
9. Keen, intuitive aptitude to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and formulate recommendations for implementation
10. Four year college degree or work experience equivalent preferred
