SENIOR CRM DEVELOPER
Job Description
The primary role of the senior CRM developer is to implement fixes, enhancements, and modifications within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Axonom Powertrak frameworks as directed by management. Implementation of these requests is to be handled via a variety of technologies including configuration and customization tools exposed from the frameworks, JScript/JavaScript, SQL Server, and the .NET Framework. Expected to define business and/or functional requirements or work from existing requirements and identify the best technical approach to implement within the technical architecture.
Secondary responsibilities attached to the senior CRM developer include mentorship of any junior resource(s) and the ability to translate provided business and functional requirements into the best technical approach within the boundaries of strategic technology direction set by management and Goldline International as a whole. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of a small development team.
Pre-requisites
• Axonom Powertrak experience - 2 plus years
• C# 3-5 years
• ASP.NET 3-5 years
• JavaScript/JScript proficiency
• Transact SQL proficiency
Position Qualifications:
• Comfort with Team Foundation Server for source control
• Comfortable working both independently and in small team development environments
• Knowledge of and proficiency with the native configuration and customization tools exposed from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Axonom Powertrak.
• Proficiency with SQL Server development topics including: creation of tables/schema-definition, creation of views, creation of stored procedures, creation of functions, and optimization of Transact-SQL code.
• Proficiency with .NET Framework development primarily in C# and ASP.NET, secondarily in Microsoft Silverlight.
• Experience with MSCRM environments integrated into 3rd party platforms
• Implementation of proper quality assurance processes including unit and exploratory tests of all new development efforts and debugging/research/identification of suspected bugs.
• Willingness and ability to provide knowledge transfer and training on relevant job topics to junior resource(s) to advance their skills and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to document efforts and processes consistently and to industry standards.
