
CUSTOMER SERVICE / CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Overview
We are seeking motivated and energetic Client Service Representatives, who realize how to go beyond the expectations of our clients. We are looking for individuals who smile on the phone and have a true understanding of customer service coupled with outstanding customer satisfaction! This individual would respond to client phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner and confirm client transactions using standard scripts and procedures. The successful candidate will be professional, career minded, highly motivated and customer friendly.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately and expediently answer inbound calls in a fast paced call center environment
- Perform a variety of administrative duties
- Ability to interact with customers in a pleasant and positive manner
- Maintain call quality goals
- Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with a client
Requirements
- 1 year + experience in a high-volume, call center environment
- Excellent PC/computing skills, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong customer service expertise
- Must have a clear and engaging phone voice
- Must be articulate with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy
- Work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
