
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
Goldline International, Inc., a prestigious precious metals investment company, has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant.
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
- Under minimal direction, ability to coordinate and execute administrative tasks.
- Work well in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Superb time-management and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Successful interaction and communication with top-level executives.
- Maintenance of routine tasks not requiring supervision.
- Compose and prepare correspondence including memos, letters, and reports.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and special projects related to the running of an investment/financial company.
- Prepare and review materials of a highly sensitive nature, requiring the highest level of independent judgment and discretion at all times.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
In addition to having direct experience and demonstrable success in the above areas, you should also possess:- A four-year college degree (highly preferred).
- Punctuality and above average work ethic, with commitment to getting the job done.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expert professional writing skills.
