International Inc. has provided 50 years of excellent service to clients throughout the U.S.
Headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, Goldline International, Inc is one of the oldest and largest
precious metals trading companies in the country. Throughout the year the Company hires
self-motivated and innovative team players to participate in a 90 day program that includes
cross-training with multiple departments. The 90 day training program helps the candidate and
the company identify opportunities within the organization that maximize potential career
growth.
Program
Goldline's Sales Management Training Program is a key pipeline for leadership positions,
because our comprehensive training program offers new associates an opportunity to excel in the
area most befitting their skill sets. The program is an opportunity for new associates to
explore and contribute to a variety of departments within the Company over a 90 day period.
Responsibilities will range daily or weekly to best challenge and develop associates into key
members of the Company. Some of the areas an associate can expect to contribute to are: sales,
operations, client services, human resources, compliance, etc…
Key Responsibilities
As a new associate you will have an opportunity to contribute to a number of departments. Your
responsibilities will vary day to day, week to week. Some of those responsibilities are:
- Assist in the trade settlement process and the sales lead distribution process
- Draft correspondence memos, letters, and reports
- Serve as a liaison between departments

Initiation
Associates first day with Goldline International will begin with a formal orientation.
Through on site training you will have access to a comprehensive, 90 day probationary training
program that is designed to give you the tools to succeed.
On The Job
As a member of the Goldline team, you will interact directly with clients and work
side-by-side with Account Executives in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your ability
to absorb new tasks and responsibilities will help dictate future career paths and
opportunities.
Training

Feedback

- Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a
