WAREHOUSE/FULFILLMENT MANAGER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
- Thorough knowledge of a pick, pack, ship operation
- Sense of urgency critical to ensure that product movement is timely and cost-effective
- Monitor total operation and evaluate effectiveness of policies and procedures to ensure mitigation of risk
- Expert quality and inventory control/data integrity
- Good knowledge of key operational performance metrics to make appropriate amendments, based on findings, to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ability to train and mentor staff and develop equipment and material structures to support present and future operations
- Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in written formats
- Four year college degree or work experience equivalent preferred
